Bear von Bonn is a very handsome, 3 year old coated German Shepherd.  We wonder if Bear might be mixed with...ahem...bear (sorry, we just couldn't resist that one).  He is nearly ready-made for any family.  He is housetrained and very food motivated -- so it's easy to teach him tricks.  This happy and gentle guy is great with kids and gets along well with the two dogs in his foster home.  Bear loves to cuddle and lie by your side, giving you sweet doggie kisses.  When he sees you get his leash, his tail wags in excited anticipation of going for a long walk or run.  He walks well on the leash, looking about to see if there are any squirrels or cats he might chase.  Bear will be an outstanding addition to the family who adopts him, and the family will be the envy of the neighborhood because not many people own a ShepBear.
